Lacey Roop (they/them)
Lacey Roop is a genderqueer poet and performer. They perform their work nationwide at bookstores, campuses and festivals, including Austin Pride and the Desert Rocks Music Festival. They are a former Women of the World Poetry Slam finalist, and have been featured on PBS’s Roadtrip Nation, reaching over 60 million households worldwide. A Mississippi native, they currently reside in Austin, TX with their spouse Katie and two incredibly large dogs (Artemis and Cassiopeia).

Andre Bradford, a.k.a. S.C. Says, is an Austin based slam poet & speaker who has been writing & performing spoken word poetry since 2013. His one-man slam poetry show on empathy called Kintsukuroi has toured & featured at venues, schools, universities & conferences across the country. He is a two time Austin Poetry Slam Champion, The 2022 Grand Slam Champion, & he also once popped a bag of popcorn without burning a single kernel which is arguably one of his greatest achievements. M.R. "Chibbi" Orduña (all pronouns)
M.R. “Chibbi” Orduña is a Mexican-born, Texas-raised queer poet, performer, publisher, producer and community organizer, Editor in Chief & Director of Virtual Programming at Write About Now Publishing and The Mixtape Literary Journal, and director and co-host of the Words and Shit and After 2 Tequila Shots podcasts. They are a 2022 Tin House fellow, and has self-published 2 books, was a finalist for the 2021 Wax Nine Chapbook Competition and 2022 Robert Phillips Chapbook Competition, and the co-editor of the anthology Contra: Texas Poets Speak Out (Flowersong Press, 2020). Their work has appeared or is forthcoming in Pilgrimage, Yalobusha, Texas Review, Wax Wing, Los Angeles Poet Society, Allium, Acentos Review, The Latino Book Review Magazine, Buzzfeed, We are Mitu, Button Poetry, has over 1 million views across social media platforms.

C.L. "Rooster" Martinez (he/him)
C.L. "Rooster" Martinez is an educator, writer and spoken word poet from San Antonio, Texas. He is the author of two poetry books: A Saint for Lost Things (Alabrava Press, 2020) and As it is in Heaven (Kissing Dynamite Poetry Press, 2020), as well as an upcoming kid’s book–Puro Galaxy Defender–through Juventude Press. His work has appeared in such publications as Huizache, Voices de la Luna, Write About Now Poetry, Button Poetry, The Huffington Post Latino Voices, Acentos Review, and others. He was co-editor on Contra: Texas Poets Speak Out, a poetry anthology, and was a writer on the 2016 play, American Pride, which won two ATAC Globe awards for Writing of a Drama and Overall Production of a Drama. Rooster earned a MA/MFA in Creative Writing, Literature and Social Justice from Our Lady of the Lake University and teaches English at Palo Alto College.
